Where can I go for more help with Blackboard?
To access the online manual from within Blackboard, click on the Control Panel of any course site. In the Help section, click on Manual. The manual can be navigated in the left sidebar through a table of content or through a search by keyword.
The Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS) and Dahlgren Memorial Library offer free Blackboard training courses for faculty on a variety of topics. To view a list and to register, see the Blackboard offerings on the UIS Training site.
CNDLS also provides one-on-one consultations on Blackboard to faculty. Please call the UIS Help Desk or use the Blackboard Help Request Form to request a consultation.
